Designing User Experiences With Passion
Since I started my dual studies at Fresenius as the first student in the field of digital media, I have faced new challenges. I needed to learn fast and improved my design skills constantly. In a cross-functional team for mobile and web solutions, I specialized in UX/UI design.
I dealt with the optimization of agile software development through UX/UI methods and carried out my first usability test on a prototype. We discovered weak points in the concept and improved them in further development. In this way, we were able to minimize risks upfront and delivered a customized solution.
This success motivated me to go ahead and bring UX/UI design into more IT projects in order to improve our software products. I work on various projects from conception to development and also support in design questions or carry out UX reviews. Over time, I increasingly took on responsibility for the implementation of UX/UI methods and started to implement a design system for more efficiency in the development process. I am convinced that we can always learn new things and achieve a lot together, so I look forward to any kind of exchange.

I lead UX concept and the new design for our Partner Portal transformation. My responsibilities include the creation of intuitive and user-friendly UIs, collaborating closely with developers and various internal teams. I also engage with our business partners to ensure that we focus on their needs throughout the whole development process. Our goal is to enhance the entire user journey and optimize the platform’s performance. Additionally, I am part of our recently established UX/UI Community, working on a BAUHAUS design system to unify our digital and analog products under a modern corporate identity.

In my current role, I completed training as an OKR Master and guide a business team through the OKR process, ensuring strategic goals translate into actionable outcomes. In design, I have fully transitioned from Adobe XD to Figma, which has become my central tool for creating and maintaining scalable design systems. I continuously deepen my Figma expertise and stay on top of new developments, because for me, it’s the core tool of modern product design.
